What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed minimum for spot orders. We handle single-tonne spot purchases as well as multi-thousand tonne annual contracts. Contact us and we'll advise on the most cost-effective quantity for your requirements.
How quickly can you deliver to the UAE / GCC?
For materials held in our Hamriya Free Zone warehouse, delivery to GCC destinations is typically 2–5 working days. For sourced materials from China or India, lead times are 3–6 weeks depending on the product.
Do you provide material test certificates?
Yes. Mill certificates, certificates of analysis (COA), and third-party inspection reports are provided with every shipment as standard. We can also arrange SGS or Bureau Veritas inspection on request.
Can you supply materials not listed in your catalog?
Yes — we source to specification. If it's used in a foundry, steel mill, or chemical plant, contact us with the material name, grade, and quantity. We'll confirm availability and pricing within 24 hours.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are T/T in advance for new customers and Letter of Credit for larger orders. Established customers can discuss credit terms. We work in USD, AED, and INR.
Do you ship to countries outside the GCC?
Yes — we currently serve 32 markets across 4 continents. We handle all export documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding. Ask us about CIF, FOB, or DAP terms for your destination.
